AGA300應(yīng)用于汽車傳感器線束的橡膠套Grommet組裝。例如輪束傳感器線束，ABS線束……機器為自動組裝，當(dāng)操作人員將線插入第一個型腔口后，機器將自動完成所有的橡膠套組裝。機器的平臺概念和膨脹原理保證了每個橡膠套在線束上的位置的準確和一致性。
氣動型腔有兩部分組成，上模和下模。每個型腔都裝有檢測線和橡膠套有無的傳感器，保證了在大量生產(chǎn)的情況下不會產(chǎn)生漏穿。
